Walter Brennan is a Training Consultant. He has a health service background, but has been a trainer in conflict for more than eight
years.

He has written more than thirty papers on conflict, stress, presentation and self awareness. He has spoken nationally and internationally on the subjects, appeared on TV and Radio.

He has worked with Eurotunnel, SaverCentre, Social Services, more than seventeen healthcare providers/Trusts, Mind, The Dartford River Crossing and the Department of Health. Walter's rapid risk assessment tool, The Two Minute Risk Assessment has adopted by many organisations throughout the UK mainly for its adaptability and simplicity.
